le Blanc

Sparkling White Bud Gushu | Low-Intervention Cold Vinification

The essence of le Blanc is captured from secluded wild parcels nestled in the high-altitude forests of Yunnan. This rare harvest is drawn exclusively from ancient Gushu stocks—venerable trees over 300 years old. Unlike manicured shrubs, these plants are defined by their majestic arborescent growth, with deep-reaching root systems that pull a complex mineral character from the soil, translated into downy, silver-white buds.
