Aged to perfection. The teas we use are the highest quality you can get and were selected after over a year of tastings with experts. The fermentation techniques emulate that of our friends in Champagne France, who tought us the intracacies of listening-to, rather than forcing your ferment.

We age our Kombucha's patiently allowing them the time they need to mature out of adolescence and demonstrate a bold, refined and subtle flavor that can compete with any wine and allows for an aroma and flavor developement not known to the alcohol free world.
